The build process had its challenges. Including COVID, material shortages, storms, and generally adverse weather throughout the build. However, Tim Lucas Construction was in constant communication with us explaining the effect of these events and how we could mitigate them to stay on track. It was great to be able to bounce ideas off them and get true and honest answers as the build progressed.
While the build took longer than we planned, Tim Lucas Construction was forever mitigating the schedule risk and offering alternative paths. In the end, we have a quality house that meets our needs and is everything we wanted in a replica villa.
