New home process
Our tried-and-true process ensures your new build runs smoothly and delivers the results you expect.
We’ll meet with you to discuss your needs and wants so we can fully embrace your vision.
Next, we’ll gather information about your site and engage quality draughtsmen / architects to develop a concept plan, and visit your site to assess aspects such as size, slope, sun, wind, and more.
With an approved concept in place, we will engage further professionals if required; engineers, planners and produce more detailed plans.
Using these plans, we will price the project and present you with a full proposal and contract for the works.
We’ll take care of obtaining the required council consents.
